Subscriptions: You may cancel your Retconic Docs subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Since our services are digital in nature and provide immediate value, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 14 days for a review of your case.
